Saint Chinian is famous for hearty reds, so to find a white is unusual. This canny blend of grenache blanc, marsanne and vermentino is laden with fruit and has a rounded texture. Will Lyons – The Times
A complex bouquet of white fruit and quince jam. Intense and soft on the palate with a long spicy finish.

With just 1% of white wines produced in the Saint Chinian appellation, the Petit Paradis Blanc is as rare as it is rare precious.
A blend of 50% Grenache blanc, 30% Marsanne and 20% Vermentino.
The Vermentino has spent 6 months in French oak. 15% of the Grenache blanc and 25% of the Marsanne are aged in new French oak barrels. The rest is aged in stainless-steel vats.
Serve chilled at 12°C, with a monkfish tagine, a ginger tuna or a chicken with cream.
