Mumm Rosé is vinified according to the same processes as the Cordon Rouge, but differs through the addition of red wines from renowned villages of the Champagne region. The predominant notes are red-fruit but there are subtle hints of caramel and vanilla. Elegant and memorable finish.
Bronze tones combine with the intense depth from the red grapes. Hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry. A spicy touch, not unlike the Special Cuvée. A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a slightly tannic finish due to the adjunction of red wine. Bubbles as fine as velvet and flavours of wild berries, wonderful!
