Made from a selection of grapes with an average vine age of 20 to 25 years. Fermenatation of destalked grapes in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 3 weeks with frequent pumping-over in order to achieve good extraction.
Aged in American and French oak barrels for 24 months and 36 months in bottle
Intense cherry colour with orange hues in the glass. Aromas of stewed red fruits, fig, raisins and vanilla. A rich and full palate with great structure. Elegant and well balanced.
80% Tempranillo, 10% Mazuelo, 10% Garnacha.
