Wonderfully fresh with a sea salt tang. The palate has green tart apple notes and a slight nutty character. Well defined acidity makes this one of the freshest sherries available.

Description

Manzanilla sherries are the driest sherries, they are made in the port city of Sanlúcar de Barrameda within the provence of Cadiz. Famous for the slightly salty tang that’s a consequence of the Flor yeast layer that grows on the surface of the wine and also prevents it from oxidisation, Manzanilla sherry is best served chilled and treated like a white wine.
