The Canals Canals family elaborated this cava with the traditional grape varieties from Penedès region Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Parellada, following the Traditional Method, secondary fermentation of wines in the bottle and aged on lees for over 15 months in our cellars.
Aroma: intense aroma white fruit and citrus with white floral hints.
Palate: fresh, fruity, round with a fine balance.
Gastronomy: recommended for assorted salads, pasta, rice, sushi, fish dishes and to pour by glass.
