Fratelli Aresca

‘The Winery is a dream realized by Piero and Luigi Aresca back in 1952: two winegrowers who have turned a passion, born among the rows of Mombercelli, into a family business that has never left these places again. We have never lost sight of our origins. Now the winery is running by the second and third generation.

We have never been satisfied and we keep on seeking the quality as our grandparents taught us. Our history is full of anecdotes recalling the passion we pursued this dream with and we love thinking that our wines may keep on conveying the extraordinary path we have made throughout these years.’

3 x Aresca, Gavi DOCG, Piemonte, Italy

Gavi is a famous white wine DOCG zone in Piedmont. The grapes come from vineyards in the area of Gavi, where this vine is traditionally grown. The typical pale yellow colour has green hints, the bouquet and taste are pleasant and fresh. Outstanding with any fish-based dishes. It’s best enjoyed young.

3 x Aresca, Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC, Piemonte, Italy

Nebbiolo d’Alba is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes cultivated on the hills around Alba town. It ages for six months in wood. The nose, soft and fragrant at first, becomes ethereal over time with notes of red fruit and spices. The taste is dry with good hints of violet, raspberry and almond. It goes very well with red meat, braised and cheese.

3 x Aresca, Barbera d’Asti DOCG “La Moretta”, Piemonte, Italy

A modern expression of Barbera d’Asti “La Moretta”, fruity, elegant and easy-to-drink. It is a perfect red wine to enjoy at any time and pairs deliciously with a Bolognese.

3 x Aresca, Barolo DOCG, Piemont, Italy

Barolo is the icon of Piedmont wines. This Barolo is produced according to tradition with long maceration and maturation in large wooden casks. A Barolo to age in the cellar but also great to drink when released.

Very ample and complex aromas with notes of violet and spices. The taste is rich of smooth tannins with notes of red mature fruit, tobacco and vanilla.
