Selected yeasts are inoculated to in order to bring out the fresh and fruity aromas. Alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. Harvested at the end of April, the “vin de saignée” of the best tank has been integrated in order to offer more structure and depth. Once fermentation is over, the wine is racked, stabilized by cold (-2°C). At last, wine is filtrated and bottled.

TASTING NOTE: Splendid grapefruit pink, deep and brilliant. Its attractive nose expresses fresh fruits like plums, wild berries and pomegranate. Some cherry stone notes and an exotic touch make it even more charming. The mouth offers a good compromise between freshness and volume, thanks to a juicy texture well backed up by a fused structure.
