The variety is a reference and a perfect example of the actual debate between warm and cool climate. The mouth is a true mirror of the aromatic fan, but still very young nowadays and will ask more time to fully express itself. However, the balance is already well present trough a rich, dense and juicy texture, armed by a deep and precise frame of small fine tannins giving depth and strength.

Palate: Rich and densely flavoured with bright, expressive redfruit notes and wisps of toasted vanilla. Fine tanninsgive way to a persistent, moreish finish. Wellbalanced, juicy style of Shiraz.
Food Match: Roasted longhorn sirloin with potato dauphinois andsteamed greens.
Deep brillant cherry colour in the glass. Intense aromas of black and red fruits as well as spicy and balsamic notes. A complex and well blanced palate exhibiting good fruit concentration alongside the rich texture from oak maturation.
A blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano the wine has spent 12 months ageing in 100% french oak barrels.

Château du Seuil Graves white wine is a blend of approximately 70% of the Semillon variety and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, The Semillon is partially fermented in new French oak barrels using the OXOLINE system and bottled 6-9 months after the harvest. It is a wine that will develop interesting flavours with bottle age and will keep for up to 10 years. The wine is of an appealing golden colour, has a fresh aromatic bouquet, is full and fruity with a long aftertaste.
