Symbol of the precise and elegant style of Champagne Henriot’s wines. Brut Souverain appeals with its nose of white flower and citrus fruit notes. A lively, fresh and balanced attack, with pastry, spice (vanilla) and fruity (morello cherry, candied plum) flavours. A clean and refreshing finish with great length and persistence.
"Very racy, direct, clean and breezy, Really neat and concentrated. The flagship blend from this champagne grower in Merfy is a great bargain." Jancis Robinson, ft.com 29/11/13

Perrier-Jouët is the first Champagne House to have created a dry champagne, which led to the birth of the famous Brut in 1856. A direct descendant of this tradition, the most widely-drunk wine in the world, Grand Brut exemplifies the House style: floral, elegant and chiselled.
La Cuvée is pale gold with a steady stream of fine bubbles. The nose has delicate aromas of citrus fruits, underpinned by hints of white flowers.
A perfect balance between freshness and finesse, the palate is full-bodied, complex and creamy, displaying great length on the finish.

Bright, salmon-pink in colour. Precise and very crisp with a lasting impression of freshness, it has hints of soft red fruits, such as strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries and black cherries. With intensely fruity flavours on entry the wine opens up to provide a mélange of flavours consisting of fresh strawberries, raspberries and wild cherries. It has great length and is rounded and supple on the finish.
