A fine, subtle and open bouquet with notes of ripe fruits and floral tones. Rich on the palate, this is a rounded and well-balanced wine, absolutely delicious.
Characteristic pale golden colour. A seductive mineral nose with some white flower notes. Medium bodied with crisp acidity and good minerality, ending with a fruity citrus finish. A classic white Burgundy offering great value.
A soft golden colour in the glass. The taste is sumptuous with rich flavours of ripe apricot, brioche, honeycomb, crème brûlée and soft white flower notes found both in the nose and on the palate.

The wine is aged 24 months in fine grain, 225-and 300-litre neutral American oak barrels with a light-to-medium toast.
The vineyards are planted exclusively with Chardonnay and produce dry white wines, clear, bright and light. Domaine bottled, this is an elegant dry white with aromas of ripe fruit and a full body giving a classic finish, perfect with smoked salmon or oysters.
Aromas of citrus and stone fruits, integrated with an creamy softening effect of the 100% malolactic fermentation. To add to the complexity it was fermented using indigenous yeast with a high percent of lees for structure. Powerful yet reserved with complex characteristics and a persistent finish.
