Symbol of the precise and elegant style of Champagne Henriot’s wines. Brut Souverain appeals with its nose of white flower and citrus fruit notes. A lively, fresh and balanced attack, with pastry, spice (vanilla) and fruity (morello cherry, candied plum) flavours. A clean and refreshing finish with great length and persistence.
"Very racy, direct, clean and breezy, Really neat and concentrated. The flagship blend from this champagne grower in Merfy is a great bargain." Jancis Robinson, ft.com 29/11/13

Crisp, light and airy, yet with everything in the right proportion. Vibrant and focused, showing ginger, lemon and mineral elements. This is a lassic example of the 100% Chardonnay Champagne style 'Blanc de Blanc' from an award winning producer.
This Rosé shows an inviting combination of power and tension, beautifully defined crisp acidity balanced with wonderful red fruit. The blend of base wines from calcareous sands with red wine from the vineyard of Les Orizeaux creates a forward and pleasing Champagne with great personality.

Pale gold in colour with a steady flow of fine and persistent bubbles. Delicate yet complex, fresh and well-balanced with hints of citrus and white fruits. Well defined, subtly rounded with expressive flavours. The fruit progressively emerges to reveal a finely balanced champagne displaying great length on the finish.
Perrier-Jouët is the first Champagne House to have created a dry champagne, which led to the birth of the famous Brut in 1856. A direct descendant of this tradition, the most widely-drunk wine in the world, Grand Brut exemplifies the House style: floral, elegant and chiselled.
This is glorious Champagne by any standards: a coeur de cuvée from old vines. Wonderful flower and vanilla-pudding aromas. Exceptional intensity of flavour that is concentrated and luxurious whilst still being wonderfully mineral and snappy. Only produced in the best years, this is an elegant and concentrated champagne.
