Mâcon-Villages Wine in white gold dress with green hues, shiny and soft. On the nose, the aromas suggest broom, white rose, acacia, honeysuckle, fern, verbena, lemongrass, citrus. Pine, quince and fennel appear at the end of the mouth.
It is a fresh and easy-drinking wine, dry but very fruity. It has a good concentration, nuanced by a slight acidity. It can be kept for 2 to 4 years.

Vinification: Nocturnal harvest with selective sorting. Direct pressing. Long barrel fermentation. Attention to flavor and freshness. Matured 7 months in barrels (1/4 new) on fine lees with moderate stirring.
Tasting: Perhaps the best Reserve white so far. Citrus, white fruits, citrus skin, flowery and mineral. Outstanding balance, acidity, and richness. Long and fresh. Staying so long in the mouth.

The proximity of the Cérons appellation to the river Garonne is the reason why such high quality sweet whites are made here. A Semillon based sweet wine that exhibits a nose of ripe apricots and honey with a rich palate and racy, palate cleansing acidity.
Château du Seuil Graves white wine is a blend of approximately 70% of the Semillon variety and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, The Semillon is partially fermented in new French oak barrels using the OXOLINE system and bottled 6-9 months after the harvest. It is a wine that will develop interesting flavours with bottle age and will keep for up to 10 years. The wine is of an appealing golden colour, has a fresh aromatic bouquet, is full and fruity with a long aftertaste.

Château Padouën, based in Barsac, has a good 3 hectare site in Sauternes situated on a clay-gravel rise and surrounded by the great growths.
Padouën create a rich, concentrated, golden-coloured Sauternes that has notes of honey, dried apricots and almonds with some tangy acidity to add balance.
A fine, subtle and open bouquet with notes of ripe fruits and floral tones. Rich on the palate, this is a rounded and well-balanced wine, absolutely delicious.
