Pale gold with a youthful green tinge. Attractive pineapple, lemon and lime fruit on both the nose and palate with a lively balancing acidity leaving a fresh finish.
A brilliant and pure pale gold yellow introduces an expressive but elegant nose of sheer chardonnay personality: ripe apples, white flowers, citrus like lemons and fine tangerines enhanced by touches of butter, honey, hazelnuts and fine spices coming from the most elegant French oak aging.
Fresh and complex, such as the nose, the palate shows a juicy body and a lot of precision. The balance is all about structure and overwhelming texture with a crucial acidity in between that seems to give wings to the natural concentration. The rich, long and vibrant finish is made of white fruits such as pears and apples with dried fruits and a mineral, aniseed touch, well completed by subtle fine spices.
Brilliant pale yellow, with greenish tones. Mango and apricot predominate on the nose, enriched with citrus touches. A great balance of density and acidity on the palate, with a very fruity aftertaste.
Luminous gold color. Seductive tropical fruit aroma (grapefruit, pineapple) with dried fruit notes (hazelnut) over buttery undertones. Intense, firm and full on the palate.

Through its freshness, the nose expresses elegant aromas of apples, pears, lemons with tangerines hints layered by mineral tones. Floral honey and subtle English cream are also present with a buttery whisper beside the soft oak complexity. The mouth offers an excellent balance between the generosity of its texture and its fresh and mineral origins. Deep and structured, the wine gets a good density and roundness at mid-palate after its sharp attack, and finely ends with a complex finish where fruits are enhanced by mineral accents.
A pale straw colour with a hint of green in the glass. Intense nose of fresh pineapple, lemon, citrus and floral notes. The mid-palate is broad and appealing supported by a lingering acidity.
Aromas of butterscotch and pecan crumble over white flesh nectarines and the freshness of a pineapple Fruju down by the Wairau River in the summertime. Add in the smokey overtones and a creaminess that layers over the lingering pineapple backed up by the heirloom grapefruit fresh from the backyard. These characters all combine their unique acid profiles that blend to give this Marlborough Chardonnay its unique fruit forward freshness, yet still, speak to its classical French inspiration.
Definitely one we would share with anything from grilled crispy skin salmon, wood roasted rotisserie chicken or even a slow cooked BBQ rolled pork roast.
Mâcon-Villages Wine in white gold dress with green hues, shiny and soft. On the nose, the aromas suggest broom, white rose, acacia, honeysuckle, fern, verbena, lemongrass, citrus. Pine, quince and fennel appear at the end of the mouth.
It is a fresh and easy-drinking wine, dry but very fruity. It has a good concentration, nuanced by a slight acidity. It can be kept for 2 to 4 years.
Aromas of citrus and stone fruits, integrated with an creamy softening effect of the 100% malolactic fermentation. To add to the complexity it was fermented using indigenous yeast with a high percent of lees for structure. Powerful yet reserved with complex characteristics and a persistent finish.
The vineyards are planted exclusively with Chardonnay and produce dry white wines, clear, bright and light. Domaine bottled, this is an elegant dry white with aromas of ripe fruit and a full body giving a classic finish, perfect with smoked salmon or oysters.
