This Burgundy Aligoté offers a pretty bright yellow dress nuanced with reflection. We can distinguish aromas of white and fruity flowers.

The Aligoté will marry very well with gougères, snails, parsley ham, small frying, salads composed, cold cuts and also with shells. Appreciated preferably natural to perceive all its typicality, the bounded Burgundy is also served, according to a Burgundian tradition, in the form of KIR composed of 4/5 of Burgundy bound together and 1/5 of crème de cassis de Bourgogne.

Vinification and aging: in stainless steel vats to preserve all the typicality and freshness characteristic of the Aligoté grape variety. All the operations from the harvest to the bottling are carried out by us in our cellar (alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation, bonding, filtration, passage to the cold).

This wine comes from plots in the town of Chitry. We favour soil work in order to respect the plant and nature.

Located 12 km from Auxerre, on a valley floor where the vineyard and the cherry orchards dominate, CHITRY LE FORT is a commune in the canton of Chablis.

Built in the 13th century, its fortified church, classified as a historical monument, is at the origin of the current patronymic of our village.

Lover of good wines, you will be welcome in Chitry. We will welcome you in the cellars of our estate where we operate 15 ha of vineyards According to the appellations, on the hillsides of Chitry and those of the Chablisien.

The limestone marls of the Kimmeridgian give all their typicality to the white wines from the Aligoté and Chardonnay grape varieties that express themselves completely in Chitry. Some well-exposed odds, planted in Pinot noir produce elegant and fruity red wines.
