VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS “Les Baudinots” refers to a 1.3-hectare plot located in the commune of Lancié, in the heart of Beaujolais, between the Morgon, Fleurie, and Moulin-à -Vent appellations. Cultivated using sustainable viticulture practices, the 60-year-old vines benefit from deep roots, ensuring balance, concentration, and a true expression of the terroir.
WINEMAKING Hand-harvested Traditional Beaujolais winemaking (whole bunch fermentation in vats), alcoholic fermentation in concrete vats at 23-25°C with maceration for 6 to 9 days.
