St Hilary Vineyard Rose, Vale of Glamorgan 2023

Appearance: Clear, pink-orange in colour.

Nose: Medium intensity, with notes of wild strawberry, red berries, grapefruit, and red cherry.

Palate: Medium body, slightly acidic. Green apple notes with a medium finish. Secondary flavours of cream.

Quality: A well-balanced wine with a pleasant fruit-forward nose and a refreshing acidity on the palate. The medium body and finish add complexity and make for an enjoyable tasting experience.

Readiness for Drinking/Food pairing:  This wine is ready to drink now and would make an excellent choice for a summer gathering. It would pair well with salmon, game, cheese and rich desserts.
