Nose

In a still glass, herbal aromas of meadows such as basil and mountain moss predominate, along with notes of bread crumbs and lime peel that recall its youth and freshness, respectively.

Swirling the glass, the aromas above give way to subtle notes of tropical fruit such as cantaloupe, Paraguayan melon, or guava, and yellow fruit (apricot, quince, or loquat). The initial aromas are defined by hints of yellow flowers and aniseed. In addition, the citrus notes shift toward pink grapefruit and mandarin.

Dry entry with a slight acidity that brings joy and freshness to the mouth, having a fine texture

The finish expresses a certain enveloping bitterness that lengthens the aftertaste and makes this a very versatile drink gastronomically speaking. Its aftertaste offers ripe yellow fruit mixed with pink grapefruit peel.

Family brand. It belongs to the name of a mother, a loving, thoughtful, sensitive woman committed to giving her best.

Brand launched in 2018. A tribute to the person it’s named after. Her joy, drive, and passion for life are what inspired its creation.

For both the logo and the brand name, we used our mother’s own signature, as it reflects her personality and distinction.

We are   Piedad and Jorge , siblings from a  traditional farming family . Five generations. We were born among vineyards, olive groves, and grain crops, in a small village in Toledo called Villanueva de Alcardete. Our parents, Cipriano and Marisol, taught us to love and respect nature. We have seen our parents “work their hearts out” in the  fields , carrying out firsthand all the activities and care that  harvesting entails . We have even collaborated, from a very young age, in many of them: pruning vines, picking olives, grape harvesting… they have all been part of our childhood and adolescence.

Products that are the reward for our father Cipriano Garrido  ‘s hard work  in farming, where over the years he has always prioritized  quality  over quantity. Life, like those unexpected storms that suddenly devastate a harvest, took our mother early. Her joy, drive, and passion for life are what inspired us to create the  Marisol Rubio brand , which exudes this imprint:  sublime flavor, exquisite taste, and unique aromas .
