San Valentin was first made by Miguel Torres Carbó (third generation Familia Torres president) as a Valentine’s present for his wife. It is made from the Parellada grape grown in the more mountainous, cooler regions of Penedès and other vineyard areas. The off-dry style brings out the floral aromas and ripe fruit character. Enjoy with a valentines meal of seafood and fish in creamy sauces or on its own a refreshing aperitif.
