Naturally 5% without dealcoholization

The fermentation is naturally interrupted by the cold, in order to stop the rise in alcohol and to set the degree to 5%. This process avoids any recourse to dealcoholization and allows to preserve the natural sugars of the grapes, guarantors of the greed and aromatic balance of this creation.

Le Cinq is a blend of Sauvignon and Semillon, from vineyards located in the Bordeaux region. A method respectful of the fruit, at the service of lightness, authenticity… and pleasure.
