WINE MAKING
The grapes were hand harvested in September 2022 and the juice fermented in stainless Steel vats. A further aging in French Oak barrels has enhanced the subtle flavours of this vintage wine

FOOD NOTES
A perfect accompaniment with Red meat, cheese or on its own, perfect for fireside lazing. The redberry fruit aromas and soft tannins are complemented by the subtle use of French Oak
barrels. The result is a classic medium bodied red wine.
