Chablis Domaine du Colombier, Burgundy, France 2022

Domaine du Colombier has been a family property since 1887, passing down though the generations. The Domaine has focused on Chablis since 1957, when Guy Mothe took over the property. Today it is his three sons Jean Louis, Thierry and Vincent who operate 51 hectares of vineyards. Thierry is in charge of vinification, all are very passionate about the quality of the wines they make.

The vineyards are planted exclusively with Chardonnay and produce dry white wines, clear, bright and light, with a characteristic yellow color with subtle white-green hues.

Domaine bottled, this is an elegant dry white with aromas of ripe fruit and a full body giving a classic finish, perfect with smoked salmon or oysters.
