A blend of 50% Grenache blanc, 30% Marsanne and 20% Vermentino.
The Vermentino has spent 6 months in French oak. 15% of the Grenache blanc and 25% of the Marsanne are aged in new French oak barrels. The rest is aged in stainless-steel vats.
A complex bouquet of white fruit and quince jam. Intense and soft on the palate with a long spicy finish.
Serve chilled at 12°C, with a monkfish tagine, a ginger tuna or a chicken with cream.
