Falerio is a little known enclave of the Marche, in the centre of Italy about half way down the back of the ‘leg’. Saladini Pilastri, has been making organic wine since 1995, this Falerio includes the rare Passerina and Pecorino grape, and is delightfully lemon oil and fennel-scented. Crisp, dry, intriguing and rightfully compelling.
