When you put your order in, whether it’s over the phone or via that there interweb thing, do you ever wonder of how the wine, beer, and other paraphernalia gets to you?

The process is swift, methodical, and surgical-like in its precision.

The order is printed out and then handed to the bonded warehouse where the produce is picked by our drivers and warehouse staff. And yes, the shelves do look like an adult sweet shop resplendent with all manner of lovely treats.

Deliveries are arranged in order of drop off points on the pallet – an exacting science – double-checked and then loaded on the vans by human dynamo Paul.

Our dedicated team of drivers then head off to the various corners of our glorious land.

It pays dividends having a specialist team who know the routes, products and, more importantly, build a relationship with various restaurant, pub and café staff.

A simple conversation can help fill in any gaps that may arise in that order, as the drivers know their stuff and are constantly aware of products and stock.
